Roles and Responsibilities-
The primary responsibilities of an Interior Designer would be business development, where they would have to meet (Online/Offline) the customers and close the deals. The steps are as follows:

Taking requirements for Home, Shop & Office Interiors from the customers by visiting the construction site.

Prepare technical & financial specifications for the project

Prepare and understand the BOQ (Bill of quantities) of the project

Keep records of the customers, professionals as well the interaction between both the parties till the closing of the deals

Follow up with the customers to ensure the deals in favour of the registered professionals of the firm

Refer special requests of the customers to the designated departments for further actions
Competencies and Skills Required
Interior Designer plays a critical role in providing an interface between customers and the registered professionals. As an ITeS company, we are looking for candidates who have good communications skills as well as interpersonal skills apart from sound technical knowledge. The candidate should possess good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or solution to the customer's requirements and can handle stress well. A clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in English is also desired. The major skills and competencies that we are looking for in a candidate are:​
